This turmeric smoothie recipe is the nourishing version of turmeric infused golden milk. While this turmeric smoothie is delicious and can easily be part of of your daily drinks menu, it also gives you superpower 💪 🙂
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup mango slices/chunks
1 cup unsweetened milk beverage. Alternatively you can use coconut milk.
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon Himalaya Forest’s Golden Kurkuma Latte
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup blue or/and black berries
1/4 cup granola
Blend banana, vanilla extract, Himalaya Forest’s Golden Kurkuma Latte, ginger, unsweetened milk. Puree until smooth.
Add sweetener and more milk/coconut milk to thin, if desired.
Add mango chunks, berries, granola and almond flakes as toppings on the smoothie.
