Fish in Indian cooking is usually marinated/cleaned with Salt and Turmeric. The reason for this is to get rid of any germs or bacteria in the fish from the water sources. So actually it is cleaning as well as adding taste and benefits of turmeric to the fish.
Salmon fillets sliced with skin on
Few twigs of dill chopped
Zest of lemon
1.5 tsp butter
Salt as per taste
1 tsp Himalaya Forest Kurkuma 7.6
Crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
Juice of 1 lemon
In a bowl mix turmeric, salt, black pepper, lemon zest, chopped dill, and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Let it marinate for 30 mins.
In a pan add the butter and rest of the lemon juice.
Now put the Salmon fillets on the pan facing skin up.
Cook for 4-5 mins and then gently turn and cook for another 4 mins. That’s it…all set!
