  • 1 dl of optional juice
  • 1 tea-spoon of Himalaya Forest’s Golden Turmeric Latte
  • 1/4 tea-spoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 table-spoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 table-spoon olive oil
  • 1 table-spoon pressed lemon

PREPARATION

  1. Mix all ingredients well and its ready to drink!
  2. You can also store it in cool place for 2 days.
