TANGY TURMERIC SUMMER DRINK

A quick recipe to help keep you cool and healthy. Made with turmeric, mint and citrus, you and your family will want to sip this nutritious and delicious drink all summer long!

INGREDIENTS

  • 500 ml Water

  • Half tbsp Himalaya Forest Kurkuma 7.6 or Fresh Turmeric

  • 10-15 Fresh Mint Leaves

  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice

  • 2 tbsp Honey

  • 2 tbsp Granulated Cane Sugar

PREPARATION

  1. In a large pot add 500 ml water and put in over medium-high heat.
  2. Add in half tbsp of Himalaya Forest Kurkuma 7.6, and chopped fresh mints.
  3. Bring to boil and them simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the honey and sugar to the turmeric and mint water pot, until sugar dissolves.
  5. Blend the water mixture for 1-2 minutes, until all ingredients are combined.
  6. Pour the lemon juice in a large glass or pot. Add ice cubes.
  7. Pour the water mixture over into the lemon juice.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
