This anti-inflammatory turmeric carrot juice is sweet with a kick from the lemon and ginger. The juice is immune boosting and fantastic for detox. Turmeric helps to boost our immune system, and is rich in curcumin that gives it anti-biotics properties.
1 tbsp Himalaya Forest Kurkuma 7.6
6 large carrots
1 large apple, cut into wedges
1/2 large organic cucumber
1/2 large lemon juice
1 stalk celery
2-inch piece of organic ginger, peeled
You’ll need a juicer to make this recipe. If you don’t have a juicer then use a high speed blender and a strainer.
Peel the carrots, apple and cucumber
Press the carrots, apple, cucumber and ginger one at a time through the juicer.
After you’ve juiced the ingredients, add turmeric and lemon juice.
