INGREDIENTS

  • 250 gm firm tofu
  • 1 tablespoon nutritional yeast (optional)
  • 1 tea-spoon Himalaya Forest’s Golden Kurkuma Latte
  • 1/4 tea-spoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tea-spoon fine sea salt
  • 2 table-spoons non-dairy milk
  • 1 table-spoon olive oil
  • Salad leaves
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Carrots, or veggies of your choice

PREPARATION

NOTE: if serving cherry tomatoes along with this recipe, prepare those separately in another pan and just cook over a bit of oil or roast in the oven. Oven or steam carrots or veggies of your choice.
  1. Drain the tofu from the water and break the tofu into small crumbs.
  2. Add the nutritional yeast, golden kurkuma latte, salt and non-dairy milk and stir well.
  3. Heat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and add oil.
  4. Add the tofu into the pan and cook for about 3-4 minutes stirring occasionally.
  5. Serve hot with cherry tomatoes and avocado toast. (red peppers or other veggies also work great, but tomatoes are much quicker to cook)
