We always try to ship your package as soon as possible, usually within 1-2 working days. It takes 6-10 days for your package to be delivered. The package is delivered to the address you specify and you can even change the delivery address to another than where you currently reside. When the order is sent, the products are packed within 1-2 working days and shipped as quickly as possible to you. Therefore it is not possible to subsequently change the delivery address. As a customer you are entitled to cancel you purchase within 14 days after the goods are received, but only if the packaging is intact and the item is unused. We pack our products carefully so that they reach you intact and without harm. Should the package be damaged on delivery, you should file a complaint immediately to our support team. If for any reason you do not pick up your package we will have to charge you for the cost of return shipping, handling etc. You will thus be charged a minimum fee of 20 Euro for unclaimed parcels.

Force majeure includes government decisions that affect the market and products negatively, such as restrictions by indication, warning labels, sales bans etc., abnormal decline in the market or if the company is subjected to criminal activity that affects business operations.
